    Phoned ahead to ask if anyone could check out our 3 way fridge that was having problems with cooling on gas. Told to call in and they would take a look. When i arrived and explained why i had visited them, a member of staff came to help! me. Just stood in front of me and said you need to fit a new regulator for the gas. He could not be bothered even looking at the fridge and told me to fit a new regulator if that did not fix the problem to call back..... Staff were totally disinterested in my problem and it was obvious that they did not care less about the customer. My wife was looking at the caravans for sale as we are thinking of upgrading, but after this experiance, I will not be going back there for anything.

    Great service from Wesley and his staff they did a top job on all our repairs. Also every job was done on time as expected. Thanks for your service and all the best when you relocate to Taree.
