  Double charged. 24/6/16 we were charged $64.72 twice. Only found out when it came up on my bank statement. Unsure how they could even do that.

  If you are looking for a coffee, try to avoid this place. There are other servos on either way where you can get decent coffee. * for coffee (2 lots). *** for service. It is misleading that they have a coffee vending machine and a barista behind the counter. The girl charged me for the coffee, which went to the bin after 1 sip, even though she agreed that she doesn't drink that coffee. The coffee from vending machine was awful and the barista was no good either. It took the checkout girl 10 mins to make a coffee. I had to stop at the next servo to get a decent coffee.

  So there's a sign on the pump saying DO NOT MOVE YOUR VEHICLE OR USE THE RESTROOM UNTIL FUEL IS PAID FOR and I figure OK whatever and proceed to the counter but there is no-one there and my 5-year-old kid is expressing some urgency about the matter so I take him to the loo. When we get out there's a giant queue but hey, we pick out some ice creams and wait our turn, only to discover that the giant queue is because the manager left her post to go and remonstrate with my partner, who is patiently NOT MOVING THE VEHICLE because I took our kid to the toilet. This is, by the way, not an overly busy time for them, there are plenty of free pumps.

  The manager having returned then starts in on me; I reply that when I tried to pay there was no-one there which she insists is NOT POSSIBLE and our conversation ends with her declaration that I *WILL* CHECK THE SURVEILLANCE! so there you go, I'm glad to hear that and gladder still to be back on the road and away from the vortex of weirdness that is the Nabiac Caltex.
